Proposed text amendment to Land Use Bylaw 8-2001
Proposed new land use district: RS Small Holdings District
Section 10 Signs - Schedule E to include the proposed RS Small Holdings District
The purpose of Bylaw 21-2012 is to introduce a land use district, RS Small Holdings District; and also to amend Section 10, Schedule E of the Sign Regulations.
Proposed Bylaw 27-2012
Proposed amendment to Land Use Bylaw 8-2001
West of Range Road 231 and south of Wye Road (E 1/2 of SE 23-52-23-W4)
The purpose of Bylaw 27-2012 is to change the land use for approximately 15.6 ha (38.6 acres) to accommodate residential development.
A Public Hearing provides an opportunity for members of the public to speak to Council on proposed bylaws. To register to speak, call 780-464-8105 by noon May 21, 2012.
