About Council and Priorities Committee meetings
Council meetings are regular meetings where Council makes decisions on County matters.
Priorities Committee meetings include all members of Council and allow for in-depth discussion on reports, updates and community matters. Each meeting includes an Open House where residents and groups can make presentations directly to the Committee.
Speaking to Council
There are two different ways you can speak to Council. You must register to speak at these sessions. Specific details are on each information page.
- Public hearings let members of the public speak to Council on planning and development matters, as well as other matters decided by Council.Â
- Open house sessions are for individuals, groups and organizations to make presentations to the Priorities Committee.
