Strathcona County is now inviting proposals for the supply and install of the new Food Service Equipment located at the Broadmoor Golf Club and Arena, 2100 Oak Street , Sherwood Park, Alberta.
Sealed proposals clearly marked "10.0215 Food Service Equipment, Broadmoor Golf Club & Arena" will be received until 2:00:00 p.m. local time, August 26, 2010 by:

Request for Proposal documents are available from Strathcona County, Facility Services at the address above between 8:30 a.m. and 12 noon and between 1 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
The selection of the successful contractor shall be based on Strathcona's appreciation of the firm's experience, knowledge, resources and ability to provide Strathcona with an effective and efficient product and service.
Strathcona County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Proposals, and to waive irregularities and informalities at its discretion. The County reserves the right to accept a Proposal other than the lowest priced Proposal without stating reasons. By submitting its Proposal, the Bidder waives any right to contest, in any proceedings or action, the right of the County to accept or reject any Proposal in its sole and unfettered discretion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the County may consider any other factor besides price and capability to perform the Work in its sole and unfettered discretion.
