Effective July 23, 2010 at 2:00:00 p.m., the proposal documents are available from Strathcona County, Engineering and Environmental Planning at the above address between 8:30 a.m. and 12 noon and between 1 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
The County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Proposals, and to waive irregularities and informalities at its discretion. The County reserves the right to accept a Proposal other than the lowest Proposal without stating reasons. By submitting its Proposal, the Bidder waives any right to contest, in any proceedings or action, the right of the County to accept or reject any Proposal in its sole and unfettered discretion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the County may consider any other factor besides price and capability to perform the Work in its sole and unfettered discretion.
