Proposal documents are available from Strathcona County Facility Services at the above address between 8:30 a.m. and 12 Noon and between 1:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
The County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Proposals, and to waive irregularities and informalities at its discretion. The County reserves the right to accept a Proposal other than the lowest Proposal without stating reasons. By submitting its Proposal, the Proponent waives any right to contest, in any proceedings or action, the right of the County to accept or reject any Proposal in its sole and unfettered discretion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the County may consider any other factor besides price and capability to perform the Work in its sole and unfettered discretion. The selection of the successful Contractor shall be based on Strathcona’s appreciation of the firm’s experience, knowledge, resources and ability to provide Strathcona with an effective and efficient service.
