It’s important to keep yourself hydrated while out and about. Stop by Roasti to pick up a refreshing drink and enjoy the cozy location. If you’re lucky, you might be able to watch the coffee roasting process as it happens! Greenland and Salisbury greenhouses doors are always open to invite you to brighten your day with flowers to delight your senses. Head to Crooked Mouth Pub, a locally owned British style pub and the perfect place to sit back and relax while listening to some home-grown talent at open mic night. They also bring in performers every weekend and Thursday nights are quiz night!

DAY 2

Start the day off right by having a large breakfast at Toast! Here you can enjoy Canadian classics with an Irish flair. With your belly full, it's time to continue your adventures in Strathcona County. The Biodiversity Trail in the Beaver Hills Biosphere is a great place for a walk as it’s only about 2 kilometres long. Here you can see many species of birds and natures splendor. Sooth your muscles at Elk Island Retreat, where you can find Canada's first mirrored sauna! This immersive Nordic sauna experience is sure to bring deep relaxation to a new level, while being surrounded by nature.

DAY 3
