Updates and notices
On January 7, 2021, the Government of Alberta’s mandatory provincial restrictions put in place on December 8 and 13, 2020 have been extended until at least January 21, 2021. All indoor recreation and culture facilities remain CLOSED until further notice.
OUTDOOR activities and VIRTUAL programs available:
- Virtual programs – register today
- Outdoor cross country ski lessons – register today (Note: private group bookings not available)
- Outdoor pop-up preschool programs – register today
- Cross-country skiing at Strathcona Wilderness Centre and Broadmoor Recreation Complex (Note: all indoor amenities CLOSED with exception of washrooms)
- Snowshoeing, walking trails, parks, playgrounds, toboggan hills and off-leash dog parks
To visit a recreation centre you must pre-book and prepay for your activity time slot. To book your activity time slot, call 780-467-4404. Regular racquet court fees apply.

Child (2-12)

Guidelines
- Stay home when sick, wash or sanitize your hands often and well and follow all Alberta Health Services Guidelines for physical distancing.
- Reserve your court with Recreation Online (available beginning July 10). Cashless payment options are encouraged upon arrival at the front desk.
- Bookings are for 55 minutes. Please leave promptly at the end time to allow staff time to disinfect prior to the next group.
- Come dressed to participate and leave excess items at home. Wallet lockers are available, locker rooms and showers will be closed. Towel rental is not available.
- Bring a pre-filled, labelled water bottle. Bottle fillers are available but drinking fountains are not available.
- Courts use will be limited to 2 people/court for the duration of the reservation.
