We invite you to participate in Savour Strathcona County - a celebration of local food and art, taking place at the Community Centre (Agora). The event showcases independent, local restaurants providing an opportunity for talented chefs to magically transform local produce into irresistible culinary delights.

A natural enhancement to the Community Centre festivities is the inclusion of food trucks creating a market atmosphere on the adjacent parking lot.

The goal is to feature over fifteen restaurants by showcasing their signature dishes to the community!

Restaurant registration

Restaurants are asked to confirm their participation with a $100 registration fee.

Visitor tickets

Visitors can savour sample-sized tasty dish portions, while interacting with the local chefs. With an individual ticket at $1 and a suggested 3-5 tickets per tasting, each business with recoup $0.8 on the dollar.

Waste-free event guidelines

Each participating restaurant is also required to adhere to the County's waste-free event guidelines and use compostable dishes and utensils they require.

Art show

To compliment the culinary component, the gallery@501 is hosting an art show. Family activities and local entertainers will be on site to enhance the festivities. Local artists are encouraged to contact gallery@501 directly at 780-410-8585.
