Strathcona County wins international and national economic development awards

Strathcona County was recently recognized by two economic development organizations for economic development marketing and communications.
The County’s Economic Directions 2017 magazine won a Bronze Excellence in Economic Development award from the International Economic Development Council.
As well, the County’s You Can e-newsletter won a Marketing Canada Award from the Economic Developers Association of Canada.
The Economic Directions magazine promotes economic activity in the County by providing investors, business and industry with an annual report on business, industrial, commercial and tourism activities.
The You Can e-newsletter supports entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized business, as well as retail and industry with local and regional updates on business and tourism, events workshops, funding opportunities and other resources. Subscribe to the award winning e-newsletter.
