Proposed new rural event venue use

The purpose of this open house is to have a discussion and gather public input on a proposed new Rural Event Venue use in Land Use Bylaw 6-2015, which would enable consideration of event venues related to nature-based and agri-tourism in accordance with the policy of the Agriculture Large Holdings, Agriculture Small Holdings and Beaver Hills Policy Areas of the Municipal Development Plan, as shown on the map. The County is currently looking for public input on the proposed new use prior to developing definitions and regulations associated with the use.
