Family and Community Services, counselling and support services is at the Community Centre (Second Floor, East Wing Community Centre, 401 Festival Lane)

Counselling Groups

Counselling groups are available every weekday, and new and returning participants are always welcome. The sessions provide education and encourage support on a variety of topics.

Men, 18 years and older

All individuals, 15 years and older

Couples Skill Building Workshops

Creating a positive couple relationship can require understanding and skill building.

As a couple, attend one or all workshops and receive support, information and practice useful strategies for your relationship.

For:   Adult couples, 18 years and older
