    • This group is designed to promote calmness, better concentration, gratefulness and hope. Practice basic skills to encourage a compassionate and mindful way of being.

Couples Skill Building Workshops

Creating a positive couple relationship can require understanding and skill building.

As a couple, attend one or all workshops and receive support, information and practice useful strategies for your relationship.
