Ardrossan Skate Park


  • Location: 45 Queen street (the east side of the road), Ardrossan, AB T8E 2A2
  • Hours: 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. (unsupervised park)

Located next to the Ardrossan Recreation Complex, this 7,500 square foot park features 14 different activities, concrete design, permanent ramps, jumps and rails.


Strathcona County Bike Skills Park


  • Location: 300 Broadview Road, Sherwood Park
  • Hours: 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. (unsupervised park)

This new park includes a variety of natural features including dirt ramps, rock boulders and logs. Together, these features create a variety of ladder bridges, a wall ride and various sized dirt jumps to appeal to all ages and skill levels.

Located at the corner of Broadview and Bethel Drive.

Millennium Skate Park

  • Location: 2000 Premier Way, Sherwood Park (Millennium Place southeast parking lot)
  • Hours: 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. (unsupervised park)

Located next to Millennium Place, this 1,300 square meter park features 20 different activities, concrete design, permanent ramps, jumps and rails.


Heritage Hills Children's Pump Track

  • Location: 235 Heritage Drive, Sherwood Park
  • Hours: 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. (unsupervised park)

Enjoy biking around this small dirt track loop!

  • Wear the gear!
    • Helmets mandatory for users under the age of 18
    • Protective gear such as helmets, pads and guards are strongly recommended for all users
  • Do not use any motorized vehicles
  • Read and understand difficulty ratings
  • Check park for any debris or hazards before using
  • Do not ride in wet conditions
  • Know your skill level and ride within your limits
  • Respect others

Remember this is an unsupervised facility. Any unauthorized jumps and features will be removed. Strathcona County is not responsible for injury to park users. To report concerns or damage to the park, call 780-467-2211. In case of emergency call 911.


Strathcona Athletic Park Skate Spot

Location: 1100 N Cloverbar Rd, Sherwood Park, AB T8H 2T5

This skate spot is accessible from the main Strathcona County trail system, and is ideal for people of all ages to try skateboarding for the first time or develop their skateboard skills. The components are set up with enough flat space leading to and from each component to accommodate one skater at a time.
