Built Green, R-2000 and LEED rebate guidelines
Rebate eligibility
- A Building Permit rebate application form must be completed and submitted to Strathcona County
- The Certificate that verifies the building has met the applicable certification level must accompany the rebate application
- Rebate cheques for approved applications will be issued to the person or company to whom the Building Permit was issued
- Rebate eligibility is subject to all required permits for the project having been issued and all required inspections having been passed
- A satisfactory Permit Services Report accompanying a Building Permit Rebate Application is the preferred means of satisfying this requirement

Rebate eligibility for Building Permits issued from June 27, 2006 through December 31, 2006:
30% R-2000
30% Built Green Gold
20% Built Green Silver
10% Built Green Bronze
Rebate eligibility for Building Permits issued from January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2007:
40% R-2000
30% Built Green Gold
20% Built Green Silver
10% Built Green Bronze50% LEED Platinum
35% LEED Gold
25% LEED Silver
15% LEED certification
Rebate eligibility for Building Permits issued from January 1, 2008 to present:
50% R-2000
45% Built Green Platinum
40% Built Green Gold
30% Built Green Silver
