Sustainability has become a core guiding priniciple in the plans and projects of Strathcona County's Planning and Development Services department. Our sustainable planning process is central to our sustainable neighbourhoods projects.
Strathcona County's commitment to sustainability is illustrated through the guidelines created by the Municipal Development Plan and the development projects, such as Centre in the Park and the Emerald Hills Urban Village, that have been influenced by this plan.
