Biography
Roxanne was elected to Council to represent Ward 2 in October 2007 and was re-elected in 2010. She has been appointed to represent Council on the following committees:

- Twenty years experience in planning and marketing community activities such as:
- Economic Development Officer, Lamont
- Executive Director, Alberta Association of Agricultural Societies
- Manager, Western Canada Farm Progress Show
- Manager, Queensbury Downs Racetrack and Teletheatre Network
- Manager of Farmfair International, Northlands Park
She has worked with hundreds of volunteer and staff to plan and implement programs for youth, family and seniors in urban and rural centres.
- Roxanne developed long-term strategic plans for economic growth at the municipal level.
- Skilled in facilitation, collaboration and relationship building.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in municipal, provincial and federal government processes.
