MEND Program

MEND is a free healthy lifestyle program for children ages 7-13 who are above a healthy weight. The goal of the program is to offer long-term solutions that help people improve their health, fitness and self-esteem.

Along with the child, a parent/caregiver takes part in the program so that what is learned in each theory and activity session can then be applied in a family context at home to maximize healthy, active living.
