2013 Art Exhibitions
“Landmarks on the Studio Wall” by Paddy Lamb, Robert Dmytruk and Les Graff
November 1, 2013 to December 20, 2013
Landmarks on the Studio Wall is a group exhibit of artworks by three prominent Alberta landscape painters. The exhibit contains initial sketches and investigations of landscapes. A sense of identity and a sense of belonging is part of a human being’s deepest needs and can be found in human attachment to landscape. The works found in Landmarks on the Studio Wall are painted expressions and drawn interpretations of a landscape defined by vision, memory and identity.
Join us for the opening reception on Friday, November 1 at 7 p.m. at the gallery@501, located at #120, 501 Festival Avenue, Sherwood Park.
