Residents invited to have their final say on Municipal Development Plan update

Residents are invited to provide input on the County’s draft plan that will guide growth and development for the next 20 years. The final phase of public engagement for the Municipal Development Plan (MDP) update will take place from January 6 to February 13.
The updated plan will provide a comprehensive long-term land use policy framework to guide future development and growth.

Residents can also learn more about MDP topics and provide input online. Agriculture, housing, sustainable tourism and complete communities are key MDP topics available for input now until February 13.
Complete our full online survey, available on January 19. The full survey will provide an opportunity to share your thoughts on the draft MDP.
As part of the MDP update, residents of the Colchester area will have the opportunity to provide their input on land use options for the Colchester area.
