Youth drop-in events
NEW Youth Lounge Schedule
- Tuesdays/Thursdays: open after school till 9 p.m.
- Sundays: open 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
- Mondays/Wednesdays CLOSED for Fun Factory child care (remember the gymnasium is still open)
- Fridays: after school till 11 p.m.
- Saturdays: open 9 a.m. - 11 p.m.
- Sunday - Thursday: open 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
- Fridays: open 9 a.m. - 11 p.m.
- Saturdays: open 1:30 p.m. - 11 p.m.
Teen Chill [12-17 years]
January 27 at Millennium Place 7-11 p.m.
Take in Teen Chill at Millennium Place. The wave pool will remain open for teens until 11p.m. Teens can enjoy food and games in the Youth Lounge. There's drop in floor hockey for ages 12-17 from 8 p.m. - 9 p.m. and a new GIANT light wall!
Drop-in activities at Millennium Place
A facilitator will be on the field to help organize the activities. Drop-in fees apply. Millennium Card valid.
Youth Shinny Hockey
- Saturdays 8 p.m. - 9 p.m. until April 7, 2012
- 12 - 15 years
- $6.50 per visit.
- Full equipment is required for all drop-in shinny.
Teen Chill Night - Youth Lounge
On these nights, areas of Millennium Place become more than teen friendly, they become teen only!
- Ages 12-17 years
- Fridays, 7 - 11 p.m. on January 27, February 24 and March 23
Drop-in Dodgeball - East Gymnasium
- Wednesdays, January 11 - March 21
- 8 - 12 years - 6 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.
- 13 - 17 years - 7:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Drop-in Floor Hockey - East Gymnasium
- Fridays, January 13 - March 23
- 6 - 9 years - 6 p.m. - 7 p.m.
- 9 - 12 years - 7 p.m. - 8 p.m.
- 13 - 17 years - 8 p.m. - 9 p.m
Drop-in Flag Football - ReMax Field
- Saturdays, January 14 - March 24 (omit Feb 18 & Mar 3)
- 12 - 17 years
- 8:30 - 9:30 p.m
- Saturdays, January 14 - March 24 (omit Feb 18 & Mar 3)
- 8 - 12 years
- 7 - 8:30 p.m.
