Thank you for another successful Pitch-In campaign
The 2012 numbers are in. This year's Pitch-In campaign saw 12,446 residents participate and 3,629 Pitch-In bags collected. That's equivalent to approximately 900 black carts! Participants also donated 9,057 hours of their time, working out to over a solid year's worth of cleaning hours all accomplished in two weeks.

The top three photos will win a prize package from Recreation, Parks and Culture. Deadline to submit photos is May 16.
Pitch-In is an annual campaign, presented by Qualico, that encourages Strathcona County neighbors, co-workers, students and friends to actively work together to keep the community clean by collecting the waste left behind after the spring thaw.
