Junior Lifeguard Club Ages 8 years +
JLC offers a unique aquatic alternative for those youth who love the water and want more than "lessons". Can you swim 25 metres and tread water for two minutes? Then join now for great action-packed fun!
It's great for quick learners and those caught between levels or programs. Personal challenges for personal bests.
- Focus is on the completion of levels (Rookie, Ranger, Star, Bronze Star, Bronze Medallion, and Bronze Cross)
- Develop and build competition skills
- Try new, exciting activities (underwater hockey, scuba diving, survivor challenges, amazing races, inner tube water polo, just to name a few)
- Build and strengthen your leadership and teamwork skills

KLC Extreme Lifeguard Squad Ages 13 years +
Are you between the ages of 13 and 16 years? Do you want to become a lifeguard? This is the perfect opportunity to ensure you have all the necessary courses.
- Focus is on the completion of levels necessary to become an aquatic intructor and/or lifeguard (Bronze Medallion, Bronze Cross, Aquatic Emergency Care, National Lifeguard Service and CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation)
- Try new and exciting activities
- Build your leadership and team work skills
