Deep water aquatics
This impact-free water class helps enhance muscle toning, proper breathing and cardiovascular endurance along with movement and flexibility. Aqua-jogger belts are used, but participants must be comfortable in deep water. These classes are idea for people with arthritis or other joint issues.
Pump and Walk (Lifelong recreation 50 years +)
Walking and weights go hand in hand in this friendly class. Join us on the indoor track at Millennium Place for one of the safest exercises you can do to help your heart and lungs.
