Apply online for Electrical, Plumbing, and Gas Permits
What do I need to sign up?
Whether you are a contractor, resident, or business to sign up for an account, you will need a valid email address. Once your account has been created, you will need to provide:
- the type of permit
- the property address or legal description
- the building permit number for the job (if required)
- a detailed description of the work
Paying for your permit
Pay for your permit online using VISA, MasterCard or American Express. If your information is complete and correct, your payment will be processed. A receipt will be emailed to you.
Tracking and obtaining your permit
ePermits allows you to track your permit from submission through to inspection. It keeps a record of your permits and gives you the ability to print your permit and inspection reports.
