(Caregiver Orientation for Mobilizing Personal Assets and Strengths for Self Care)

Are you a family member or friend who provides care for someone living with disability, illness or age related challenges? If so, then you are a "caregiver."

Nine sessions designed to provide support and information  to help caregivers deal with the emotional strain of caring for someone else.

Topics include:

  • managing stress
  • knowing your capacities
  • the emotional journey
  • dealing with guilt
  • sharing the care
  • putting yourself first
