Giving back to the community
Please support SCES's endeavors to give back to the community by attending and supporting these events!
- Join the Relay for Life and SCES on May 26. The Relay for Life is a 12 hour walk fundraiser that celebrates cancer survivors and remembers loved ones. SCES is proud to once again serve breakfast to participants on May 26.
- Sparky loves a soccer game, especially when funds are being raised for the Alberta Cancer Founation! On June 30, Sparky will be at the Strathcona Athletic Field from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Organizers hope that this game will qualify for the Guiness Book of World Records for the longest soccer game.
- Be sure to visit Fire Station #1 on July 1 during Strathcona County's Canada Day celebration! Tour the firetrucks, look inside an ambulance, and learn more about the department. Sparky will be there as well!
