Join us at 7:30 p.m. for a night of relaxation, refreshments and outstanding entertainment. The artist line-up for July is: July 7th, Brooke Trelenberg (Country) and Al Brant (Singer/Songwriter); July 14th, Manraygun (Folk) and Calum Graham U-22 (Instrumentalist); July 21st, Blake Paul (Singer/Songwriter) and Peatbog Faeries (Celtic Fusion); July 28th, Phyllis Sinclair (Aboriginal) and Alexander Chemist (pop/Rock). Rain or shine (if it rains, the event moves inside to the banquet rooms). To compliment the entertainment enjoy the barbeque, beverages or stroll through the Farmers’s Market located on the adjacent parking lot.

Historic Garden Tours, Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Village
Located 25 minutes East of Sherwood Park on Highway 16 (East of Elk Island National Park)
The Historic Garden Tours are held in conjunction with the Edmonton and Athabasca District Historic Festival. Come discover planting secrets from the past, a little bit of folklore, and have a visit with a settler or two. What a helpful way to learn about the history of Alberta and early historic gardening. Please register in advance.

Brookville 80th Anniversary Weekend, Brookville Community Hall
Located on the corner of Highway 16 and Range Road 212
All students, teachers, and/or their families who attended Brookville School between 1930 and 1954 are invited to attend. The Open House is from 1:00 p.m. - 6 p.m. on Saturday. The barbeque is at 5:30 p.m. Come out and enjoy the pancake breakfast on Sunday.

A Place for Culture – Celebrating Our Cultural Heritage, Elk Island National Park
Elk Island National Park, located 35 minutes east of Edmonton on Highway 16, pays homage to it’s cultural heritage. Cook bannock over the open fire, learn the cultural significance of bison and enjoy the speaker at the Astotin Theatre. Experience the national park through Elk Island stories recounting the history of our land and our people, right where it happened. Special Events are free of charge. An adult must accompany children to the events. While in Elk Island National Park of Canada, visitors must display a valid national park pass on their vehicles at all times. Events will proceed rain or shine.
