The Contact Office is a satellite of County Hall. Our services include:
- Accepting County bill payments; for example, taxes
- Issuing fire permits
- Selling County maps
- Issuing dog licences
- Listening to and addressing resident concerns
- Our kiosk area has a variety of publications from the County, province and federal governments
- We can assist you with information about any County services and put you in touch with the appropriate contacts
Computer for public use
We have a computer in our reception area, which residents are welcome to use for a variety of purposes including Internet and word processing. If you need help, the staff will be glad to give you a hand. Drop-in visitors are welcome. However, if you call in advance, we will reserve the computer for you at the time you want.
Commissioner of Oaths services
If you need this services please make an appointment. These services are provided free of charge.
Space for resident meetings with County staff
Residents may book the Boardroom or Training room at Heartland Hall. The Boardroom holds between 8 and 10 people and the training room holds 35.
