Use My Neighbourhood to find out your lot information and about County services around your home.

Layers available in this application at this time are:

My Lot information - including assessment value and legal land description
Land use
Waste collection - when collection happens in your neighbourhood
Wards – boundaries and associated Councillors for each ward
Road Bans – seasonal weight restrictions
Snow clearing  - priorities and sand bin locations
Fence ownership – who is responsible for upkeep?
Aerial photos - Photo layers available are 2007 and 2009

How to use My Neighbourhood Maps

  1. Enter the address you wish to find information for in Address Query under Enter an Address
    Urban locations
    Enter the address you want to locate
    Unit: use for apartment or multifamily dwelling
    House#:2001
    Street name: Sherwood Drive
    Street type: DR
    Rural locations
       I live in a subdivision
    Unit:
    House number: 42
    Street: 53279 RNG RD 211

    I do not live in a subdivision
    Unit:
    House number: 53279
    Street name: TWP RD 531
  2. Selection Type: Should always be New
  3. Select Search at the bottom for the resulting address to show up in the bottom results bar
  4. The clear button is to start a new address search
  5. Once you have entered the address hit the search button to get the map results
  6. Right click on the resulting property and select zoom to for the property to be more visible on the map.

Top tool bar symbol usage from left to right

  1. Zoom in – select the tool, use your mouse to select an area to zoom in.
  2. Zoom out – select the tool, click within the map to zoom out
  3. Move map – select the tool, click on an area with your mouse and drag the map
  4. Full extent – Select this tool to have the map go back to its default size
  5. Zoom last – Select this tool to return to the last zoom you selected
  6. Identify - This tool allows you to select the type of information you need for your selected property - In the drop menu select the type of information you want then click on your selected property to view the information
  7. Map tip - Click on the type of information you want results for and mouse over the map for resulting tips. 
  8. Geo search – The only selection under this tool is to give you the lot information for any property. Click on the tool and select My Lot then click on any property to get the resulting lot information
  9. Generate My Lot report - Select this tool then click on the property you want to generate a printable report for.
